We’ve put together an extensive Knowledge Base to help you get the most from Dephlex. It covers topics to help you get started, learn more about our services, prices, culture, sub brands, our team and processes. Most of the time the Knowledge Base will be able to point you in the right direction.
If you’ve purchased a service or product from Dephlex or have an active Web Care Plan, you should have a username and password you can use to submit a support ticket from our Premium Support Request page. Once you submit a support ticket, you can expect a response within 6 – 12 hours. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, China Time (excluding standard Chinese holidays).

Website Care Plan
We care about our customer’s businesses and want to ensure that they keep running smoothly. We also know how busy entrepreneurs and managers are so we’ve designed Website Care Plans to help.
DEPHLEX CRM is an awesome online platform for invoice and contract management. You can login to manage and make all payments in regards to all projects. You can make payments directly through invoices and automatically records each payment in your account. It’s fast, easy and secure.
We’ll be using Basecamp to send messages, share files and track progress during the process. This will help alleviate content and images being lost in long email threads.
