We are happy to help clients both old and new, even if the website wasn’t built by us. If you need immediate support (within 24 hours – 48 hours) and you do not have a care plan, our minimum time cost is $125 (weekends additional cost). Our Website Care Plan is website maintenance on steroids. We provide a proactive, managed wordpress support service for your website and on top of that we include 1 hour per month of custom webmaster support in the Tech care plan, 2 hours in the Pro plan and 4 hours in the Partner plan. 

The important word here is that we are PROACTIVE, not reactive.

Most other companies that offer cheaper wordpress maintenance services will offer a “reactive” service which involves you telling them what you need done. Reactive services are pointless for the average busy business person who does not have the time to manage their own wordpress site or manage their care provider.

We have 3 options. Each depends on your website and your business needs. How often do you update your website? How many visitors do you have in a given month? Are you selling products and services?

Never a cost to leave.

If we are building or redesigning your site; there is no setup fee if you are joining our web care plan straight away as part of the project.

If it’s been more than six months since we built your site or if you have made changes to the site since we built it within those six months, there is a $199 setup fee.

If we didn’t build your site the setup fee is also $250.

If you decide to decline our web care plan, there’s a lot that can go wrong. Here are the top reasons We recommend you make sure your website is maintained:

  • The site will not be optimized which leads to poor performance, slow loading times and a gradual loss of Google SEO rankings.
  • The site’s tools, plugins, themes and WordPress itself will quickly go out of date which is the #1 leading cause of website hacks. It’s incredibly important to keep ALL your website tools and plugins up-to-date.
  • You’ll have no backups or restore points so if the site get hacked or breached, you could lose all your content, pages and Google ranking.
    You won’t get a monthly report overviewing your site traffic, page views, etc.
  • Most importantly, you won’t have us as your trusted webmaster to assist you with quick updates, tweaks, website issues, etc. Often you’ll have to try getting a hold of your hosting company for any assistance.

If you decide to decline our web care plan, there’s a lot that can go wrong. Here are the top reasons I recommend you make sure your We can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $350 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.

The purpose of the website care plans is to provide a preventative approach to keeping your website safe and secure. That being said, the bad guys are always getting smarter and trying new ways to mess with websites. Sometimes things may slip through the net and when that happens I’ll be here to help.

If something goes wrong (whether that’s because of a technical error, a user error or a sneaky hacker!) We’ll be in your corner fighting to get your website back online. Using your website backups, restoration and cleanup efforts you’ll be back online in next to no time.

You sure can! Although our plans are created for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients looking for a long-term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

First, we will need to do a WordPress website audit to see if you would be suitable for our Care Plans. This WordPress website audit service would be charged at $250. Once the audit is complete, I will suggest a Care Plan that best suits you and your business and how you can proceed. Major design changes or large web feature changes are not covered under the Care Plans. If you want large-scale changes to your site, please contact me at support@dephlexcreatives.com, and we can discuss your requirements.

Some specific examples:

Google Search Console: If there is an error from Google Search Console, you can forward this to us. We’ll do our best to check if it is something we can fix in under 5 minutes. Usually, these errors are temporary if it is a major search engine optimization issue that falls outside the care plan purview.

SEO: If you are not part of our SEO Package, we cannot be responsible for how your website performs organically on Search Engines. SEO is a complicated process and requires regular content, research, and analysis. If you are interested in growing your reach organically, please visit our SEO page.

Broken Links: Within your monthly report will include a broken links report. If they are internal links that are broken, we will fix them. If they are external, you will need to provide the correct link, but we will fix it as part of your care plan. 

We will make regular software and plugin updates to keep your website secure, regularly backup your website, as well as make small content and/or design changes that you have specifically asked for.
